Congratulations to Val Thompson, Recipient of Liberia’s “Golden Image Award for Golden Legendary Leadership”

The Secretariat of the Golden Image Awards, the Liberian Crusaders for Peace in association with the Government of the Republic of Liberia, awarded Mr. Val Thompson with the Golden Image Award (GIA) 2023 in the international category of “Golden Legendary Leadership,” in Monrovia on August 9, 2023, on the University of Liberia’s Fendall Campus. Presented by Honorable Julie Endee, Executive Director, Liberia Crusaders for Peace and Event Planner for the Golden Image Award.

Founded in 2011, the GIA is a national Liberian Prestigious Meritorious Award bestowed upon individuals, organizations and countries that have made selfless contributions to peace and human dignity, nationally and globally. The image of the Golden Image Award is Madame Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, former President of Liberia hand crafted bust, along with an African Gowning Ceremony and gold lapel pin of the map of Liberia were also presented on this day.
