International Entertainment Partnership
Receives Award

The Mayor of Houston, John Whitmire, along with Honorable Edward Pollard of District J officially recognized Centrell Reed’s contributions to Houston’s Entertainment and Film Community with a proclamation on August 13, 2024. This honor not only celebrated Centrell Reed’s achievements but also established August 13 as a day dedicated to these accomplishments. Reflecting on this recognition, Centrell Reed exudes pride and optimism: “This great momentum moves us forward with the City of Houston pledging to be a partner in our efforts.”

International Focus Magazine’s Editor in Chief, Heidi Powell-Prera has been a part of promoting the efforts of the IEP since its beginning, and it was an honor for IF to be a part of this day at City Hall along with many other creatives and organizations who came together to celebrate with the IEP Team. There is so much more to come from this organization.
