“Made in Liberia” Expo

On March 15, 2025, International Focus Magazine had the pleasure of attending the “Made in Liberia” Expo at the S.K.D. Stadium, which coincided with the celebration of Liberia’s first President, Joseph Jenkins Roberts’ birthday.

The event showcased the vibrant work of 100 of Liberia’s Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) vendors, who were proudly exhibiting their locally made products. It was inspiring to witness their dedication to contributing to Liberia’s economic growth.

The Expo was a lively affair, filled with an impressive array of colorful and unique handmade items. We had the opportunity to connect with numerous talented Liberian craftspeople, offering encouragement for their entrepreneurial journeys. Our key takeaway from the event is a strong sense of optimism for the future of Liberia’s business community, particularly seeing the passion and commitment of the young individuals who are poised to become the next generation of leaders.
