National Hispanic Professional Organization (NHPO) – Fort Bend Chapter

NHPO Houston, as it is known in the community, has its vision set for 2018. The heart of the organization is the monthly networking events that are held all over the Houston area. These events bring together like-minded individuals who want to connect to all the resources in the city. From looking for a new a career to learning to open a small business, enhance their business, NHPO Houston provides high quality Networking.

In 2018 a new Board was elected and have started to implement the vision for 2018. Lead by newly-elected Chair, Ilsa Garcia, the Board consists of 13 professionals in all professions. Ms. Garcia has been a member of NHPO Houston for the past five years and previously served on the Board in various capacities. The entire Board have connections to the community and are honored to serve the community as Board members of NHPO Houston.

NHPO Houston has created strong career opportunities for hundreds of women and men, as a result of employment, business opportunities and leadership programs. All these through the monthly networking events and educational seminars provided by NHPO Houston. Keeping the mission of NHPO to help those in the community has been the primary focus for the organization.
